What is AI?
Well to start, here’s an analogy…
If you have 100 tasks to do in your day, think of them as 100 doors that lead down a single passage. Now imagine that to get to the end of the passage you need to open all of the doors with a keyring containing 100 different keys.
That sounds like quite a task right?
How do you pick the right key for the right lock?
If you use AI to figure this out it will immediately tell you which key fits into which lock.
AI increases efficiency.
The big picture of AI is how we make our lives more efficient, how we are more productive, and how we do things that we enjoy.
Essentially AI is data… and the people who can accumulate the most amount of data will win this race.
A lot of people don’t know where to start and how to use AI.
So as time goes on there will probably be more marketplaces to curate what you want from AI.
Why is AI Scary?
Is AI coming for our jobs?
New technology is always scary.
- The Internet was scary
- Cars were scary
Change is ALWAYS scary.
Studies actually show that AI isn’t about replacing us, it’s about making us more productive.
It also helps with the tasks that we don’t enjoy.
Plus it makes us faster with repetitive tasks.
We need to think about how we approach and frame AI.
We always need to adjust how we grow and adapt to change.
Essentially the big picture of AI is that it can give us more time… and more VALUABLE time.
AI is another tool that we can use to make our lives better and more efficient.
AI can help us with
- Our everyday lives and menial tasks
- How we approach teamwork
- How we approach the structure and work within an organisation
